Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for reviewing and recording invoices in a timely manner and ensuring the integrity of all related documentation.

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. .
  • Post invoices in accounting system for payment in a timely manner.
  • Maintain files of paid and unpaid invoices and paid check files.
  • Identifying and obtaining credits due from vendors and ensuring proper coding.
  • Verification and reconciliation of vendor statements. .
  • Answer all vendor inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Review expense reports to ensure appropriate coding, approval and documentation.
  • Recording and entering cash receipts.
  • Assisting with collections as necessary.
  • Performs filing and copying.
  • Assist other members in the department as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) and Excel a plus.

The job of Executive Editor at D Home/D Weddings requires strong writing, editing, problem-solving, idea generation, and management skills. The Executive Editor works closely with the Creative Director, an editorial staff, and a sales team to create six issues of D Home, two issues of D Weddings, one issue of D Design Book, as well as web-exclusive content. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of editing experience, the ability and willingness to write everything from features and profiles to FOB pieces, a real voice that comes through in your vision for the magazine, the ability to become “the face” of the magazines by attending events and getting to know experts in the industries, the know-how to create digital strategies for the respective websites, and a sense of humor.
